| 摘 要： | 国民幸福指数作为新兴的一种测评指标体系,有别于传统评价指标,它以人的主观幸福感作为测评对象,力求使之量化为具体的评估指标。近年来,随着世界范围内倡导"经济、社会与人的和谐发展"及"可持续发展"理念的不断深入,幸福指数被纳入国民经济发展状况测评指标体系甚至有取代GDP的趋势。通过对幸福内涵的解析,以对国民幸福指数国内外研究现状的综述为基础,探讨了幸福指数测评在实践中存在的一些问题,如幸福指数的量化、幸福指数与GDP的关系、幸福指数设定时的影响因素,并提出了提升国民幸福感的根本途径——广泛开展"幸福学"尤其是"幸福经济学"的研究和教育。

| Abstract: | National Happiness Index(NHI) as a new evaluation index system which is different from the traditional evaluation index.It selects people’s subjective sense of happiness as its testing object and strives to make that into concrete quantitative evaluation indexes.In recent years,with the worldwide popularizing of the "economic,social and human’s harmonious development" and "sustainable development" principle,NHI was incorporated into the national economic development evaluation index system even has the trend to replace GDP.The paper discussed some problems in the NHI evaluation practice based on the analysis of the happiness concept and the existing domestic and foreign research findings about NHI,such as the quantization of NHI,the relationship between NHI with GDP,the influence factors of NHI.And it put forward a basic way to promote NHI,that is carrying out research and education of "eudemonics",especially "the economics of eudemonics". |
