| 摘 要： | 毛泽东的人民教师观是毛泽东教育思想的重要组成部分，包含着丰富的内涵和深刻的哲理。毛泽东同志历来重视人民教师在革命和建设中的重要作用，在其光辉的著作中论述了对人民教师的基本要求，注重教学改革，提倡“启发式”、“废止注入式”，提倡减轻学生负担，重视能力培养，使学生在德智体诸方面都得到生动活泼的主动的发展。

| Abstract: | Mao Zedong＇ s view of people＇ s teachers is an important constituent of his educational thoughts including the abundant intension and the great philosophies of life. He always took the important effect of the people＇ s teacher into consideration in the course of the revolutionary and construction. There are some basic requirements of people＇ s teacher in the great works of Mao Zedong. The teachers should keep reforming their traditional pedagogies, teaching the students in the way that should not ＂in-pouring education＂ but ＂elicitation method＂, and alleviating students＇ burden. Also the teachers should guide and help the students not only with their development of abilities, but also with their development of moral education, intellectual education and physical education initiatively. |
