摘    要:文章介绍了液压设备可靠性研究的必要性,以及可靠性的数量特征——可靠度、失效率、平均无故障工作时间等.通过两个液压系统可靠性改进的实例,探讨了液压设备可靠性改进的方法,如选用高可靠性的元件,简化系统,冗余设计,降额使用液压元件,抗干扰设计和采取故障防范措施等.

Abstract:The necessity of research into the reliability of the hydraulic devices, and the quantitative features of reliability-reliable ness, fault frequency, MTBF, etc. are introduced. Combining two improved examples of the reliability of the hydraulic devices, some methods on the reliability improving of hydraulic devices are discussed, including selecting of highly reliable components, simplifying the system, redundant designing, derating designing, anti interference designing and taking measures against fault, and so on.
