摘    要:加强对激励理论的研究、建立科学的激励机制、实施差别化的激励方法,是高校人力资源管理的一个重要课题。应从“以人为本”的管理理念出发,探寻提高激励效果、降低激励成本的高校人力资源激励机制。

Abstract:It is an important subject for colleges and universities to strengthen human resources management through theoretical research on encouragement, establishment of scientific encouraging mechanism and implementation of differentiated encouraging measures. Based on human-oriented management notion, means of improving encouragement effects and reducing encouragement cost should be advocated in human resources management.
