微波法提取川芎多酚工艺研究

摘    要:以乙醇作为提取溶剂,研究微波法提取川芎中多酚的方法。以乙醇浓度、微波功率、提取时间、料液比4个因素为主要研究对象,通过正交试验分析,得出微波法提取川芎中多酚的最佳条件是:乙醇浓度为80%、微波功率为450w、提取时间为2min、料液比为1:8,此条件下可提取的多酚浓度为1.862mg/g。

Abstract:Using ethanol as the extracted solvent,the method of microwave extraction of ligusticum chuanxiong polyphenols is studied. Taking ethanol concentration,microwave power,time,material liquid ratio four factors as the main research object,through the orthogonal experiment analysis,the results show that the best conditions of extracting Ligusticum Chuanxiong polyphenols by microwave method are: ethanol concentration is 80%,microwave power is 450 w,extraction time is 2 min,solid- liquid ratio is 1:8. The extracted polyphenols concentration under this condition is 1. 862 mg /g.
