| 摘 要： | 党的本质属性、党在理论上和行动上先进性的极端重要性、先进性建设在党建框架中的重要地位以及国际共运史的历史经验教训都规定、内涵、证明先进性建设是党的根本性建设；另外，从党的三代领导集体对党的先进性建设的不懈探索和党的先进性建设所取得的历史经验来看，也证明先进性建设是党的建设的根本。
