| 摘 要： | 当人类历史的脚步迈入20世纪最后十年时,扭曲的“民族要独立”和“民族要统一”的思潮与实践竟成为当代国际关系中共处与对峙的两种现象,影响冲击着现今的国际社会,也必将影响21世纪世界民族的发展。从本质上看,上述两种思潮都是对列宁民族关系理论的歪曲,我们应采取客观态度认真分析和有效解决当今世界范围的民族问题及其发展趋势,正确认识和处理新世纪的民族关系现象和问题,对实现人类社会的持久和平与发展作出有益探索。

| Abstract: | In the last decade of the 20~(th) century,the distorted thoughts and practice of "ethno-national independence" and "national unionism" became two coexisting but conflicting phenomena.This has influenced the world today and its influence is likely to extend to the 21~(st) century.In essence,these two thoughts actually deviate from Lenin's theory of national relationship.The author cautions that this situation should be taken seriously and carefully analyzed in order to solve the worldwide issues of national problems and development of these problems.Understanding the phenomenon of nationalism and properly coping with the issue in the new century will contribute to maintain peace and development of mankind. |
