| 摘 要： | 在开放经济条件下,农业产业安全日益成为人们关注的焦点.本文分析了农业产业链关键环节并对其产业安全进行了实证分析.研究表明:农业产业链中种苗、加工和销售等产业环节是关键环节,在这些环节中,外资控制力的不断增强将威胁到我国农业的产业安全.因此,政府管制的重点应是完善关键产业环节的产业政策,发挥国有资本优势,支持农业产业链中具有较大正外部性的关键环节,确保农业产业安全.
