| 摘 要： | 以群众自治、直接民主、普遍平等、基层自主为主要原则和重要特征的村民自治,是中国农民创造的一项中国特色社会主义基层民主制度,是对社会主义自治的创新与发展。基于村民自治的精神实质,村民自治的发展需要贯彻社会主义民主自治原则、民众认同原则、绩效原则等。由农村经济社会发展、国家治理体制的变革和政治制度创新等多种因素决定,民主化、制度化将构成未来村民自治发展的重要趋势。
