| Abstract: | Opening up the west is a strategy aimed at economic development in the new century. It is a strategic model with the purpose of overall economic development in West China. With basic construction industry taking the lead, we are going all out in promoting industries of resources, tourism, manufacture and foreign trade. It is a thorough strategy that emphasizes cooperation revolving around the urban areas. |
