| 摘 要： | 三、集体与个人 :超越“二论背反”从道德的主体性很自然会想到个人与集体的关系问题。在我国 ,“个人与集体”被看作是伦理学的基本范畴 ,“个人与集体的关系”被看作是伦理学的基本问题 ,说明这一问题在我们道德体系中处于核心的地位。我国社会主义道德的指导原则之一 ,要求正确地处理个人与集体的关系 ,反对自私自利、损人利己、损公肥私的狭隘个人主义 ,坚定不移地贯彻社会主义集体主义的价值导向。显然 ,这是一项同整个社会的事业和发展前途相联系的道德原则 ,它的意义至关重要。同时它的思想理论基础和现实情况也表明 ,对于这一重大原…

| Abstract: | Since the policies of reform and open-up to the world were carried out in China many moral concepts have been challenged and serious introspection over moral concepts is called upon. In concept, the introspection includes the following aspects. First, getting rid of the dualist approach of moral and economy to thinking, and establishing the concept of unification in social practice. Second, the one-sided idealism in moral issues should be replaced by scientific moral standard. Third, the question of moral subjectivity should be redressed, and the position of the mass should be established in moral issues. The author maintains that the collective is a unity of individuals characterized by variety. The relationship between individuals and the collective should be carefully analyzed. Moral construction should focus on establishment of moral personality and normalization of moral code in the society. Functions of setting moral models should be reinforced and management of cultivating good manners should be improved. |
