| 摘 要： | 论述了企业信息化的内涵、涉及范围和意义，对我国企业信息化的现状及其对人力资源的需求进行了分析，最后，阐述了对信息管理与信息系统专业建设的启示。在本科教育中以计算机应用知识和能力的培养为重点，强调对管理学知识，尤其是企业管理知识的掌握；而发展研究生教育时，则应转向以管理知识的传授和能力的培养为重点。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the connotation, extension, significance of the enterprise informationiza-tion, discussing its present situation and its requirement of manpower resource in China. Finally, this paper sets forth the revelation to the construction of the subject of " Information Management & Information System". In undergraduate education, computer application knowledge and capability should be emphases, and emphasizing the mastery of management knowledge, especially enterprise management knowledge; in graduate education, management knowledge and capability should be emphases. |
