美国教师专业发展学校的特点与借鉴

摘    要:美国教师专业发展学校的创建既是应对教育实践问题提出的要求,也是教师教育理论研究的必然结果。大学教育学院和中小学之间的联合本质上是教育理论与实践的联系,也是教授与中小学教师发挥各自优势培养实习教师的良好平台。面对共同的教育实践问题,专业发展学校有助于促进中小学在职教师的专业发展,也有利于改进教育专业的整个教育活动效果,可为我国教师教育与中小学教育走向良性互动提供有益借鉴。

Abstract:The establishment of Teacher Professional Development School has met the requirements raised to deal with practical problems of education,and it is also the inevitable result of theoretical research of teacher education.The nature of cooperation between colleges of education and primary and secondary schools is the association of educational theory and practice,and also the excellent platform in which professors and teachers make the most of their own advantages to cultivate student teachers.Confront with the common practical problems of education,Professional Development School is helpful to accelerate the professional development of in-service teachers of primary and secondary schools,to improve the whole educational activities of teacher education,and to provide teacher education and primary and secondary school education with useful reference to move towards positive interaction in China.
