| 摘 要： | 一百年来，中国现代高等教育管理体制改革过程中的一个突出特点是，不断借鉴、模仿和融合西方现代高等教育管理体制模式：1895—1911年模仿日本模式、1911—1920年学习德国模式、1920—1949年借鉴美国模式、1949—1958照搬前苏联模式、1958年以后反思前苏联模式并积极探索新的管理体制、1978年党的十一届三中全会以来则逐步走向世界，借鉴世界各国高等教育的发展经验。

| Abstract: | In the past century,a prominent feature in the process of China’s modern Reform in Higher Education is to continue to learn,imitate,and integrate the model of modern Western higher education management system:in 1895-1911,to imitate the Japanese model,in 1911-1920,to learn the German model,in 1920-1949,to learn from the American model,in 1949-1958,to copy of the former Soviet model,after 1958,to reflect the former Soviet Union mode and actively explore new management system,since 1978,the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee of the Party,gradually facing the world,to learn from Countries of higher education development experience. |
