摘    要:中国古代官学与私学中的蒙师展现出不同的身份特征,但却都遭受到"舌耕者"的境遇,为学入仕是其安身立命之本,而蒙养治生是其不得已的无奈之举.即便在"舌耕者"的窘境中,蒙师仍能恪守儒家的"德性与伦理",实现为师者的道德期许.当代中小学教师的职业身份与价值追求,尤其是教师职业的文化身份建构,可以借鉴我国古代蒙师的身份特性和价值...

Abstract:Chinese ancient Meng teachers in government and private schools displayed different status.Even in quandary,they could still keep the Confucian moral and ethics and achieved the teacher moral requirement.Today,it was valuable and meaningful for the primary and secondary school teachers to construct the profession identity and worth pursuing,especially cultural identity.
