| 摘 要： | 商业秘密权的性质和特征是知识产权法领域一直存在争论的问题，研究相关理论问题，比较商业秘密权与传统知识产权的差别，对以最佳途径实现商业秘密权利人的权利保护，完善我国商业秘密法律保护制度，促进与国际趋势的接轨都具有重要意义。

A comparative study between trade secret right and traditional intellectual property rights made in the thesis is of great significance to the purpose of protecting the interest of the trade secret owner and perfecting the trade secret law in China in line with the relevant international trend. |
