| 摘 要： | 西部开发最关键的问题是如何处理好政府与市场的关系，为此，文章首先从理论上分析了政府与市场的配合对一个国家或地区经济发展的影响作用；接着通过对东亚“奇迹”的经验分析和总结，引出有关经济发展中政府与市场有效配合的经验教训；最后以经济发展中政府与市场关系的理论框架为基础，提出了西部开发中政府与市场有效配合的若干政策建议。

| Abstract: | This paper thinks that it is the most important problem to deal with the relationship between government and market. Firstly, it theoretically analyses the important effect of the coordination of the government and market on the economic development. Secondly, by analyzing and summing up the experience of the East Asian Miracle, it draws lessons of the coordination. Finally, it puts forward some suggestions on the coordination for the development of the West in China. |
