| 摘 要： | 没有健全和谐的社会作支撑,任何厘清国家、市场、社会关系的举措,都是事倍功半甚至毫无成效的。提出“和谐社会”,在我国形成了社会主义市场经济、社会主义民主政治、社会主义先进文化和社会主义和谐社会四位一体的社会主义现代化建设的总体布局。村民自治是建立和谐社会的重要方面,并长期处于实践领先的状态。尽管村民自治在实践中不断遭到非议,但仍然以顽强的生命力在生长、发育和提高。理论界和实践者现在需要做的工作不是关于村民自治的是与非的判断,而是思考如何推进村民自治向纵深发展。

| Abstract: | Without the support of perfect and harmonious society, any move to rectify the relationships among state? market and society, will achieve little. Villagers' self-governance are the fundamental field to establish the harmonious society, which will continue to be in the lead. Though it is encountered with many reproaches, it is still growing up?developing and improving with indomitable vitality. What the theorists and officials should do now is to think how to advance villagers' self-governance work into depth, not to judge whether it is right or wrong. |
