| 摘 要： | 本文对全国农村抽样调查数据的分析表明,地处城郊或乡村、交通状况对村治的影响不显著;东部、中部与西部地区农村在村治方面无显著差异,但东部农村治理的民主程度略强些,更倾向于"海选"、财务公开周期短,不过村支书在其中多数村掌控财权。经济因素对村治有显著的影响,在经济发展程度较高的村,民主治理的程度较高,这在一定程度上印证了经济发展对民主发展的正相关理论。

| Abstract: | With nearly 20-year development,how about the implementation of village self-governance system in China? The findings,according to correlation and regression analysis of this paper are: of the factors effecting village self-governance,geographic location,regional types and traffic situation haven't obvious impact,but economic factors have significant effect.Results show that degree of village self-governance in eastern area is a little higher than other areas,which is inclined to "sea election",where its financial affairs opening has short cycles and the village branch secretary of the Party is in control of the authority of finance in most villages.It also provides evidence for positive correlation between economy development and democracy development in some degree. |
