| 摘 要： | 我国美学界对马克思所说的“美的规律”一直有不同的理解。其中影响最大的一种观点认为，美的规律是两个“尺度”的统一，也就是合规律性与合目的性统一。本对此提出了异议，认为应该把美的规律解释为生命自由性与形式表现性的统一。

One of the most influential views is the unity of both rules, that is, the unity of conforming with the regularity and the purposefulness. This paper challenges the point above and expounds "Aesthetic Law" as the unity of the life freedom and the form's displaying. |
