| 摘 要： | 以芥菜(Brassica juncea)中具有抗逆作用的植物蛋白磷酸酶PP2A为例,对其进行了生物信息学的初步分析。预测了PP2A的一级结构,二级结构及其基本性质。为生物信息学在研究抗逆蛋白中的应用提供了方法参考,为进一步研究PP2A在抗逆生理中的功能提供了有用的理论依据。

| Abstract: | Primary bioinformatics analysis is carried out,using protein phosphates 2A in Cress(Brassica juncea)as an ex- ample.Its first class structure,the second class structure and some basic characters are predicted.The results afford useful references to apply bioinformaties to research the function of anti-stress protein and the theoretical foundation for further research of PP2A's function in plant stress physiology. |
