| 摘 要： | 向家坝水电站建设是国家西部大开发的重点工程,同时也是金沙江梯级开发工程中的最重要的工程之一,正确认识向家坝工程对宜宾经济发展的机遇和挑战,对调整和完善宜宾的经济发展战略具有重大意义.把培育产业作为推进宜宾市经济社会发展的中心任务,立足向家坝工程建设优势,利用市场机制,调动各种资源,实现宜宾市产业的重组与优化,逐步构建一个结构优化、布局合理、有较强竞争力、适合宜宾市特点的产业体系.

| Abstract: | The construction of Xiangjiaba Dam Hydroelectric Power Station is the key project in the national development of the west regions,and it is one of the most important projects in the engineering of Jinsha River cascade development.As the Xiangjiaba Dam Project provides Yibin economic development with both opportunities and challenges,an appropriate understanding of this point is essential of the adjustment and improvement of Yibin strategy of economic development.The industry fostering is taken as the central task to propel the economic and social development of Yibin;Being based on the advantages in the construction of Xiaogjia Dam project,and utilizing the market mechanism,and developing various resource,Yibin industrial reorganization and optimization are going to be realized,and an industrial system with optimized structure,rational distribution,strong competing power,and with Yibin characteristic is constructed gradually. |
