| 摘 要： | 开展农村基础教育质量保障,能科学地把握我国农村基础教育质量的总体状况,有效地促进农村基础教育的普及,提高我国人口素质和开发农村人才资源。同时,农村基础教育质量的稳步提升还是教育公平的重要体现,是社会主义新农村建设的重要保障。因此,要通过制定科学的质量标准,树立科学的质量观念,建立完善的组织机构,实施全面的质量监控,以构建科学、高质、长效的农村基础教育质量保障体系。

| Abstract: | Enforcing quality guarantee of basic education in countryside can scientifically grasp the general situation of China's basic education quality in the countryside and it also promotes the widespread basic education efficiently to increase China's population competence and develop human resource of the country.Meanwhile,the steady promotion of basic education quality shows education fairness and guarantees the new socialistic countryside building.This article points out that making a scientific quality standard,establishing a scientific quality conception,setting up perfect organizations and implementing quality control totally help construct the rural basic education with the features of science,high-quality and long-term efficiency. |
