| 摘 要： | 如何提高反腐倡廉能力是我们党面临的严峻课题.本文试图从哲学的高度对转型期反腐倡廉工作所处的历史方位进行分析,为我党如何从源头上预防腐败作理论上的探索.对转型期反腐倡廉工作所处历史方位的分析,主要是从历史背景和历史阶段两个方面来展开的.通过分析带来的启示有:转型期反腐倡廉工作的根本在于改革和完善经济体制,促进生产力的发展;转型期反腐倡廉工作的途径在于完善政治制度,加强腐败监督;转型期反腐倡廉工作的关键在于廉政文化建设;转型期反腐倡廉工作的基础力量是人民群众.

| Abstract: | How to enhance the ability of struggling against corruption is a severe task for the cccp.An analysis of the historical orientation of corruption combating during the times of social transformation is provided here.What's more,a theoretic exploration into how to prevent corruption thoroughly is given.The analysis contains two aspects: the historical background and historical stages.A series of conclusion can be drawn from the analysis.The ultimate way of corruption combating during the times of social transformation is to improve the economic system to boost the productive power.The basic way is to perfect the political system and to strengthen corrupt supervision.The key is to construct uncorrupted culture and the basic power is from the public people. |
