| 摘 要： | 关于如何处理新时期人民内部矛盾的问题，笔认为，正确的做法应该是针对现阶段经济、政治、思想和化领域人民内部矛盾的不同特点和表现，综合运用经济的、政治的、行政的、法律的方法和手段去解决，多管齐下．综合治理。而在运用每一种手段时，都必须贯穿民主原则，进行有效的思想政治教育。

| Abstract: | This paper concentrates on how to handle the contradictions among the people in the new period. The author presents the following effective methods to solve it, one correct way is that we should make good use of the economic, political and legal methods according to the respective different characteristics and performances of the contradictions among the people at the present stage, the other way is that we must run through democratic principles and carry on the effective ideological political education when we utilize every method. |
