| 摘 要： | 中国的入世，迎来法学教育的“春天”，但我国的传统法学教育存在着忽视实践技能培养、忽视创新能力的培养、忽视职业训练、与司法考试脱节、与法学教育国际化不能对接等弊端，为此应转变教学理念,革新教学方法，尤其应对西方法学教育广泛实施的案例教学法、诊所法律教学法、模拟法庭教学法的合理内核进行移植与创新，综合运用多种教学方法。

| Abstract: | WTO makes an obvious impact on the legal education. Chinese traditional legal education has some problems which neglects to train practical skills?to train the abilities to bring forth new ideas and to train the professional techniques. The traditional ways divorce from Chinese legal test and the international legal education. So changing the old teaching methods and improving the teaching ways is necessary. We may absorb west legal teaching methods, especially those widely used today --the cases teaching methods?the legal diagnosis teaching methods and the simulating courts teaching methods. Basing upon this, we can use diverse teaching methods properly. |
