摘    要:教师培养模式是教师教育改革的核心环节。通过对国内卓越教师培养研究分析,结合地方高等师范院校卓越教师培养现状,依托衡阳师范学院2014级和2016级化学专业卓越教师培养计划项目建设,对卓越教师培养过程和培养效果进行总结与分析,构建"三结合四体系五能力"卓越教师人才培养模式,为深化教师教育改革,构建现代化教师教育体系提供新的途径。

Practice Exploration of Excellent Teachers Training Mode Based on"Three Combination,Four Systems and Five Abilities"

Abstract:Teacher training mode is the core link of teacher education reform.Based on the research and analysis of excellent teachers training at home and abroad,combining with the current situation of excellent teachers training in local colleges and universities and relying on the construction of the 2014 and 2016 chemical excellent teacher training programs of Hengyang Normal University,this paper summarizes and analyzes the training process and effect of excellent teachers,and constructs the training mode of“three combination,four systems and five abilities”,which provides a new way to deepen the reform of teacher education and construct a modern teacher education system.
