摘    要:乡村教师是乡村教育振兴的基石,是推动我国"城乡一体化"建设和发展的中坚力量。教师社会地位的提升是当前我国乡村教育发展的着力攻破点,也是乡村教师队伍建设存在的短板。改革开放以来,乡村教师的社会地位得到了一定的提升,但还面临诸多问题,即外界态度和自我认同的"双质疑"、专业发展和职业素养的"不达标"、优秀教师和年轻教师的"不愿留"。面对以上困境,教师政策要凸显专业知识,提升乡村教师的从教幸福感;法治与德治并行,增进乡村教师的社会荣誉感;给予人文关怀支持,实现乡村教师的乡土归属感。

Research on Reality Predicament and Countermeasures of Rural Teachers' Social Status

Abstract:Rural teachers are the foundation of rural education and the hard core to promote the urbanrural integration in China. The promotion of teachers’ social status is the key to the development of rural education in China and the short board in the construction of rural teachers. Since the reform and opening up,the social status of rural teachers has been promoted to a certain extent,but they still face many problems,such as the "double doubts"of external attitude and self-identity,the "failure "to meet the standards of professional development and professional accomplishment,and the "unwillingness to stay in rural areas"of excellent teachers and young teachers. In the face of the above difficulties,relative policies should highlight professional knowledge of teachers,enhance rural teachers’ happiness in teaching;increase rural teachers’ sense of social honor by the rule of law and the rule of man;and give teachers humanistic care and support,so as to realize rural teachers’ sense of belonging.
