| 摘 要： | 本文在分析当前大学生入党前思想状况存在的问题及原因的基础上，结合新时期大学生的特点，提出要紧跟时代脚步，发挥辅导员的“导师”作用、发挥思想政治课教师的理论升华作用、发挥第二课堂的主阵地作用，有效做好当前大学生入党前的思想政治教育工作。
