| 摘 要： | 随着时代的发展，中国传统的尊师重道的师生关系发生了很大变化。由于学校、学生以及当代的教学管理体制等多方面的原因。当代的师生关系中出现了学生依赖教师、师生关系冷漠、师生关系功利化等诸多不和谐的因素，加强制度和环境建设，提高教师队伍素质，拓宽师生交流渠道是消除当代师生关系中不和谐因素的有利途径。
