| 摘 要： | 针对农村法制宣传教育中存在的诸如供给不足、形式单调、内容泛化等问题,要加快农村现代化的步伐,创建和谐农村,减少农村刑事犯罪的发生,须结合农村发展的实际状况,从文化环境、教育形式、教育内容、教育资源和教育理念及教育机制等方面采取切合实际的完善措施,以期发挥现实作用,为农村法制社会的建立创造良好的前提。
