| 摘 要： | 目前国有商业银行上市正如火如荼，被社会各界所关注，但国有商业银行在上市方面上存在诸多问题，如严重的信息披露问题、法人治理结构不完善、资本金不足及在上市模式上存在分歧等。因此国有商业银行在上市之前，应该在管理体制、运作机制、经营模式等方面进行一系列改革，以加快其上市步伐。

| Abstract: | State-run business banks list at present like a raging fire at the various circles of society the concern.Have analyzed a great deal of questions that the state-run business bank exists on the listing problem from the present situation background in this text,The structure does not perfect,the capital is insufficient that for instance serious information announcing problem,legal person manage and difference,etc.exist on the listing mode.Therefore,before the state-run business bank is being listed,a series of reform of the state-run bank in management system,operation mechanism,management mode.should be carnrea on accelerate its listing paces. |
