| 摘 要： | 目前,国内企业不断深化改革,煤矿同样进入到关键的标准化自主工作实施,从粗放式管理型逐步过渡到向集约化管理方向,通过多年来的工作实践和业务探究,提出煤矿加强企业经济管理,以及提高煤矿企业的经济效益的重要性;煤矿加强企业经济管理包括加强产品生产成本管理、生产设备管理、矿井质量标准化管理、生产人员管理等,将讨论上述几个问题。

| Abstract: | At present ,domestic enterprises continually deepen reform while coal mines enter the key period of standard independent work , which is from extensive management to intensive management . Through long -time working practice and business exploration ,this paper put forward the importance of strengthening economic management and improving economic efficiency in coal enterprises .It also points out that enterprise economic management includes production cost management ,equipment management , mine quality standardization management and production personnel management . |
