| 摘 要： | 构建社会主义和谐社会，是我们党从全面建设小康社会、开创有中国特色社会主义事业新局面的全局出发提出的一项重大任务；和谐城市建设是个系统工程，涉及社会生活的各个方面，需要社会各方面通力合作，形成齐抓共管局面；地方政府应发挥领导核心和服务保障作用，全面履行政府职能，促进城市和谐发展。企业特别是国有大型企业作为社会细胞的组成部分，应主动融入和谐城市建设，积极承担社会责任，实现资源、环境、经济、社会的协调、可持续发展。

| Abstract: | To build the socialist harmonious society has been put forward as the important strategic task by our Party from the overall situation of building a well-off society in an all-round way and founding a new situation of the socialism with Chinese characteristics.Harmonious city construction is a systematic project,which touches almost every aspect of the society and it needs combined efforts from every corner of our society.Local government should play the role as the core of leadership,fully perform the governmental function and promote the development of harmonious city.As a component element of social cell,enterprises,especially state-owned large ones should participate in the harmonious city construction,and put social responsibility on shoulders,then comprehensive,balanced and sustainable development of resources,environment,economy,and society could be realized. |
