| 摘 要： | 体制改革尚未形成具有预防职务犯罪的有效机制，从而不能更好地服从和服务于经济建设这个大局，认识国企人员职务犯罪的原因和危害，是开展预防国企人员职务犯罪的前提；其对策，应从健全机制、加强权力的监督和制约入手，改进和加强检察机关对职务犯罪的预防工作，通过政治、法律的手段实现预防。

| Abstract: | The structure reforms have not yet formed a valid m echanism of preventing functionary crimes, so it could not obey and serve econom ic construction, the general situation. Recognizing the causes and harm of the f unctionary crimes in state enterprises, is the precondition of preventing. Its c ountermeasures should consist the following: perfecting the mechanism, reinforce superintendence to the potency and make some improvements on reinforcing the pr ecaution of offending the crime. Through the politics, statutory resort to reali ze precaution. |
