| Abstract: | Due to the lack of practice and evaluation in recruiting party members,so only through enhancing the organizational leadership,setting up practice training posts,performing jobs dutifully and appraisal objectively can make the member recruitment more observable and maneuverable,which can rectify party members＇ motives for joining the CCP and exercise their party spirit so as to increase their tenet consciousness,overall situation consciousness and service consciousness for our party＇s advancement. |
