| Abstract: | As a major agricultural province,Jilin should train a new pattern peasant who is skilled,educated and of managerial ability to speed up economic development and realized agricultural modernization.So,we should develop rural compulsory education and in the same time,rural vocational education according to the requirements of modern agricultural development and the shifting of rural labor force. |
