| 摘 要： | 对高职院校专业型学生社团进行科学评价，以客观公正地展示学生社团组织的工作成果，进而更好地引导与激励学生社团组织的规范发展，促进高职院校社团管理水平的提高。通过分析专业型学生社团绩效评价的关键要素，构建出由组织建设、活动开展、组织文化、财务管理、社团影响力五方面评价因素组成的评价指标体系，利用AHP法建立评价模型综合评价专业型学生社团的绩效值，对于高等职业院校加强专业型学生社团的科学管理具有一定的参考价值。

| Abstract: | Scientific evaluation on the professional students unions in vocational colleges can objectively show the student unions ’ work,and better guide and motivate students unions for normative development ,so as to promote u-nions management in vocational colleges .Based on the analysis of key elements of the professional student union performance evaluation ,the evaluation index system is constructed composed by the indicators of organization con-struction,activities,organization culture ,financial management and unions influence ,then evaluation model is estab-lished by AHP method to comprehensively evaluate student performance value which can offer the certain reference for vocational colleges to strengthen the scientific management of professional students unions . |
