| 摘 要： | 农村科技服务在保障国家粮食安全、生态安全、农业现代化进程、农业产业化经营和提高农民科学文化素质方面有其重要的角色地位,发挥着重要的基础作用。为顺应时代要求,河南省现代农村科技服务的发展,既要发挥地方政府的主导作用,又要有良好的外部环境,以多元化的社会服务为其生存和发展的立足点。因此,构建适应市场经济发展的专业合作组织型、科技中介组织型、农业产业化龙头企业主导型、科技特派员制度型、科研院所参与型等新型科技服务模式,是现代农业经济发展的必选路径。

| Abstract: | The countryside scientific and technical service plays an important and fundamental role in guarantee the nation’s food security,ecological security,the modernization process of agriculture,the industrial management of agriculture,and it also improves the peasant’s scientific and cultural quality.In order to meet the need of times,the modern countryside scientific and technical service should make full use of local government’s leading role as well as stick to the principle of "agriculture-centered and market-oriented".Based on the multiple social service,it not only needs strict normative organization but also good external environment.Therefore,constructing the new scientific and technical service models including professional co-operation organization,sci-tech medium organization,leading enterprise-oriented model,sci-tech special commissioner systematical model,scientific research institution participant model which can adapt to the market economical development is the necessary way in the development of modern agricultural economy. |
