| 摘 要： | 本文运用文献法、调查法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法等调查方法，对我国西北地区五所高校大学生课外体育锻炼进行调查与分析，结果表明：西北高校大学生参与课外体育锻炼主要受主观因素影响。缺乏科学锻炼知识和正确指导，活动场地太少也影响大学生课外体育锻炼的积极性。

| Abstract: | Based on surveys,documentary material,the present condition and effect of spare time physical training of University Student at Colleges and Universities in XiBei ,and a series of factors of partaking physical training in spare time are investigated and analyzed. Some opinions and solutions to the existing problems are also put forth in this paper. |
