| 摘 要： | 学生社团是广大同学依照共同的兴趣、爱好自发组成的群众性业余学生组织，在人才培养方面发挥着独特的作用。社团工作要坚持党的领导，重视指导教师的重要作用，抓好社团骨干建设，加强社团活动的管理和监督，切实提升高校学生社团管理的层次和水平，促进学生社团的健康持续发展。
