| 摘 要： | 功能分析被当代许多社会学者认为是解释社会研究材料最有成就和最有前途的一种分析方法。大学生兼职活动在一定程度上反映了社会的进步、经济的发展，对社会调整与适应起到促进的正向功能作用。同时，大学生兼职所带来的消极因素和负面影响，也会导致社会关系的破裂，发挥其负向功能的作用。所以，在分析大学生兼职现象时，必须区分它的正向功能和负向功能的存在和影响。

| Abstract: | A lot of contemporary social scholars think that functional analysis is a most successful and promising analytical method to explain social research.To some extent,university student's part-time job activity reflects the progress of the society and the development of economy,playing the straight-forward function which help adjust social functions.Meanwhile,it also brings about negative effect for society,and causes break-up of the social relationships,thus playing negative role.So,while analyzing university student's part-time job phenomenon,one must distinguish its positive function from its negative function. |
