| 摘 要： | 以桂林市高职高专院校作为研究对象,运用层次分析方法,从实训教学要素、实训教学管理、实训教学效果等三个系统层设置了19个变量指标,对共建型校内生产性基地建设对高职高专人才培养机制影响进行评价,分析结果表明,共建型校内生产性基地建设有效促进了高职高专人才培养。论文最后认为基地数量不足、实训设备先进性有待提升、实践教学组织水平较低等方面尚待研究与完善。

| Abstract: | Based on the research into Guilin’s vocational colleges,using AHP,it sets 19 Variable indexes to evaluate the influence of construction of the intramural productive base on the talents training mechanism of vocational colleges from practical teaching elements,practical training management,practical teaching effect.The results show that the construction of the intramural productive training base can effectively promote the talents training.Finally,the paper thinks that insufficient practical teaching bases,lack of advanced training equipment and lower level of organizing practical teaching should be studied and improved. |
