| 摘 要： | 内蒙古自治区的牧业旗有33个，半农半牧区旗县21个，畜牧业经济正在从传统型向现代化迈进。新的增长方式，需要具有生产要素集聚功能的驿站或桥梁——小城镇的发展。牧业旗发展小城镇既不同于发达地区，也不同于农区，探索其建设之路是本的主旨。

| Abstract: | Inner mongolia region has 33 animal husbandry Banners, 21 semi-animal husbandry Banners and counties.The econmy of animal husbandry is stepping forward to modernization from traditional economy.The new form of growth needs the post or bridge which have assemble tunction with productive factor, the development of small townships.The development of small townships of animal husbandry Banners is quite different from developed region,as well as agricultual area. The main purpose of the article is to study the way of small townships-setting up. |
