| 摘 要： | 蒙古国刑法全面且细致地保护未成年人。蒙古国刑法保护未成年犯罪人的合法权益着眼于未成年人的本质特征，保护未成年被害人的合法权益突出人性化关怀。考察蒙古国刑法有关未成年人的保护会得到诸多启示。
