| 摘 要： | 在建设现代国民教育体系和全民学习、终身学习的学习型社会中,现代远程教育具有重要的战略地位和作用。知识经济的兴起呼唤着现代远程教育的发展;现代远程教育将成为高等教育大众化和构建学习型社会终身教育体系的主体力量,对推进我国素质教育的实施具有重大实践意义;为“三农”服务是现代远程教育新的战略重点。

| Abstract: | Modern Open-distance education have important strategy position and influence to structure modern people education systerm and build learning society for everyone in all his life.Knowledge economic call the development of modern open-distance education.Modern open-distance education will be the main force for abbr identifying with the masses and structuring learning society,in addition having important practice meaning to carry out the nature education of China.At present,it is new strategy emphasis to serve for the countryside,agricultural and peasant for modern open-distance education. |
