| 摘 要： | 面对我国文化出版业新一轮的体制改革,占期刊总数1/4的我国高校学报不可能游离其外.高校学报应顺应出版业改革大势,把握专业化、特色化的发展方向,探索做大做强的运作模式,实行开放办刊,建立有效的学报质量综合评估机制,激发自身的办刊活力和学术创造力,促进我国高校学报健康、有序的发展.

| Abstract: | Facing the new round of the system reform about our country＇s publishing industries,university journals which accounted for 25 percent of university journals could not be isolated.University journals in China should conform to the publishing industry reform,approach to self-development in respective of professionalism and special features,explore operation modes for further strengthen and expand,run openly,establish an effective way to evaluate its academic quality,arouse their vitality and creativity,and then they can have healthy and orderly development. |
