| 摘 要： | 根据商洛市2003—2010年的统计数据,分析了商洛市工业固体废弃物、工业废气和工业废水的排放量与治理状况,认为"三废"排放量增加的主要原因是:综合利用率较低、燃料结构不合理、生产工艺较落后和公众的环保意识不强等。建议商洛市在经济发展中,要提高尾矿资源综合利用率、改变燃料构成、革新生产工艺、发展循环经济和加强环保宣传等。

| Abstract: | According to statistical data of Shangluo City from 2003 to 2010,the current situation of the industrial solid waste,industrial waste gas and the industrial sewage are analysed.The main causes that make increase of the wastes are: a low utilization,unreasonable fuel composition,low technological level and the environment consciousness.It is suggested to improve the utilization of tailings resources,change the fuel composition,innovative production process,develop the circular economy and environmental protection publicity. |
