| 摘 要： | 目的探究商洛半夏块茎、珠芽、组织培养三种无性繁殖方法对其产量和质量的影响.方法将三种无性繁殖方法的繁殖材料块茎、珠芽和组织培养苗,种植在同一试验田里,以其生物学特性、产量、总生物碱含量为观察指标,进行繁殖方法评价.结果组培繁殖的半夏长势旺盛,叶数多,叶片大,抗性强,珠芽多,块茎数多且个体大,产量高,质量好.结论无性繁殖方法中组培繁殖技术是提高商洛半夏质量和产量的主要途径之一.

| Abstract: | Aim To explore the influence of three asexual propagational methods,such as tubers, shoots buds and tissue culture on yield and quality of Shangluo Pinellia.Method Asexual propagation methods will be three breeding materials tubers,shoots buds,tissue culture seedlings, planted in the same experimental fields,its biological characteristics,yield,total alkaloid content observed for propagational methods evaluation.Result The result shows that tissue culture of Pinellia makes it strong growth,leaf number,leaf, resistance,shoots buds,the number of tubers are many individuals,high yield,good quality.Conclusion Tissue culture methods is one of the excellent method which have great effort on raising the yield and quality of Shangluo Pinellia. |
