| 摘 要： | 根据期刊评价指标影响因子的含义及计算方法,分析了决定影响因子高低的发文量、时间跨度和被引次数三个基本要素。同时为了克服该指标的缺陷,使期刊评价工作更加合理,提出对影响因子进行统计修正的思路及其期刊被引标准频次指标的设计,以求客观、公正的期刊评价。

| Abstract: | According to the meaning and calculation of the journal impact factor,three basic factors,i.e.the number of the articles published,time span,and citations per paper,are analysed.Meanwhile,in order to overcome the faults of this factor,and make the journal evaluation more reasonable,a statistical correction to impact factor and design of journal citation frequency are presented,with the purpose of objective and just evaluation. |
